At UNSW School of Management & Governance, our aim is to provide research-driven, high-quality conceptual and applied knowledge to ensure our graduates are job-ready for diverse organisational settings.

Industry associations & accreditations
Our school has close ties with professional and industry groups and associations to ensure our teaching practice aligns with industry standards and best practices. For example, the human resource management specialisation in our undergraduate and postgraduate degrees are accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

We offer a range of undergraduate programs with specialised majors including Human Resource Management and International Business with a revitalised specialisation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Our postgraduate and research programs include Master of Commerce, Master of International Business, Master of Philosophy, and Doctor of Philosophy.

Our mission is to conduct high quality, high impact research and teaching. With internationally recognized scholars, our focus is on generating impactful, practice-based, and future-oriented knowledge Our main areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship; International Business; Organisational Behaviour; and Organisation and Management Theory.
Our school members publish their research in world-leading journals with a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches. We collaborate with leading researchers around the world and across disciplines, with a robust visitor program, Working on ideas to solve pressing managerial, organizational, and societal problems, creating we cultivate and maintain an intellectually stimulating research culture led by an inquisitive set of colleagues.
The school offers a range of educational opportunities led by people wit ha passion for educational development, including undergraduate programs with specialised majors in Human Resource Management, International Business, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
