Postgraduate research
Delve deeper into your area of interest and contribute new knowledge to the field
Choose from two postgraduate research degrees when you choose higher degree research at UNSW.
You'll undertake an original investigation to make a significant contribution to a subject's existing knowledge guided by an academic supervisor. All postgraduate research students are required to submit a thesis reporting their findings.
Postgraduate study offers a more in-depth understanding of your topic of interest. You'll learn independent working and thinking, complex-problem solving and decision making.
